How to Negotiate the Police Contract: Managing Expectations

This training event is our complete negotiations course for police bargaining units, with special focus on managing expectations throughout the negotiation process. This includes managing the expectations of the general membership, board members, and your competition on the other side. We encourage attendance by anyone that will be negotiating a collective bargaining agreement over the following 12 months. This course teaches you everything you need to know to be successful in reaching an agreement, including what you need to know before going to the table, how to conduct yourself at the table, and what to do between and after negotiation sessions.

This is a 2-day course, taking place from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Thursday and Friday. This training event will take place in Downtown Las Vegas at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino.
