Data Resources

Perhaps what we are best known for is our always expanding collection of police compensation data. This data is the result of several years of work conducting compensation studies (also known as wage surveys) for various public safety employment groups. Our data services are divided into two distinct groups, work-for-hire and public information.

Work-For-Hire Data Embracing the speed and convenience of the digital age, we provide each client with a dedicated login to our site which allows them access to all of their reports as soon as they are completed. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of completed reports and minimizes the time required for report updates and modifications. If you are an existing client, click here to access your personal site. If you do not know your login for the site, contact Matt Barnard at (405) 701-8616.

Public Information We have always provided information regarding police compensation to the general public for officers seeking employment and for use in individual comparisons. This data is limited to providing access to the labor agreements we have on file for various locations. You may request access to labor agreements by clicking here. If you have already completed this form and have received your email with download instructions, you may access your files by clicking here. For a listing of all available police contracts, click here.

In the past, our data has been limited to the 200 largest cities in the United States, however, we will now be expanding this data to include all locations that we have a labor agreement on file for. If you would like the agreement for your police posted here, please email a copy of the document to Charles Wonsey at charles@policepay.net. To ensure that only valid contracts are posted, these documents must come from a government employee in human resources or labor relations or a member of your association's executive board. Please include your relevant credentials in your message to speed up the posting process.
